Rep. Ann Hraychuck Endorsed by the Wisconsin League of Conservation Voters

BALSAM LAKE – Citing her near perfect voting record in Madison for conservation priorities, the Wisconsin League of Conservation Voters (WLCV) recently announced its endorsement of State Representative Ann Hraychuck (D-Balsam Lake) for re-election.

"The members of the League believe that we have a stewardship responsibility for our environment and its sustainability, and I agree. I'm very pleased to have their support once again for my campaign for the State Assembly," said Rep Hraychuck. "They know I will continue to work hard in Madison to protect our land, air, and water."

Edward Moersfelder of Amery, a member of the League, was also happy that the group endorsed Hraychuck. "Representative Hraychuck has the willingness to listen and the ability to arrive at reasoned and sensible answers to important questions. As an outdoors enthusiast she recognizes the beauty and value of Wisconsin's natural resources and the need to preserve and protect them."

"She also recognizes the increasing competition for the use of these resources and has demonstrated her ability to work with her constituents to arrive at a fair and balanced approach. I have great respect for her ability in her efforts to forge solutions to tough problems," Moersfelder added.

Wisconsin League of Conservation Voters is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to electing conservation leaders who work for strong conservation policies that effectively protect Wisconsin's public health and natural resources.

Rep. Ann Hraychuck Receives an ‘A’ from the NRA

BALSAM LAKE – State Representative Ann Hraychuck (D-Balsam Lake) recently received an ‘A’ rating from the National Rifle Association (NRA), as well as their endorsement.

“I am honored to have earned this high grade and the NRA’s endorsement. As your State Representative, I will defend our constitutional right to keep and bear arms. I look forward to continuing to work with members of the NRA on 2nd Amendment issues and sport/hunting legislation,” said Rep. Hraychuck.

Wally Trudeau, of Amery, is a sportsman and member of the Wisconsin Conservation Congress. Trudeau was pleased to hear that the NRA recognized Rep. Hraychuck’s commitment to the Second Amendment.

"I have seen Ann Hraychuck here at home volunteering her time to help disabled hunters in a special deer season and helping kids learn the outdoor shooting sports. I have also traveled to Madison and seen first hand Representative Hraychuck working at the Capitol, fighting for our natural resources, hunting, fishing, and our Second Amendment Rights," said Trudeau.

Rep. Hraychuck has also been endorsed by the Wisconsin Bear Hunters' Association and the Safari Club International.
